Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide photo-based AIWallRun AI video templates and a general video studio. AI-generated appearance, motion and audio can vary. Reference previews are clearly identified examples, not a guarantee of an output from your photo. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Credit packs start at USD 9.90. One video uses 10 credits. New accounts get 10 free credits.

Credit subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Monthly credit grants are valid for 30 days. Annual plans cost the equivalent of ten monthly payments, grant twelve months of credits upfront, and are valid for 365 days. Credit top-ups require an active subscription, are valid for 365 days, and do not renew. New credit offers cannot be combined with additional discounts. Existing purchases and subscriptions retain their recorded price, credits and expiry; a new offer does not silently change an existing renewal.

A confirmed failed generation returns its deducted credits once. A processing job or temporary status-query error is not a confirmed failure. Returning credits does not reverse the original payment. Payment refund requests are reviewed case by case through support, subject to applicable requirements; this page does not promise an unconditional refund period.

New accounts receive 10 free credits, enough to try the generator before buying a pack.

Intellectual Property

Our software and original service materials belong to their respective owners. You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded material and must have permission to process it. All trademarks, logos and platform names remain the property of their respective owners. Use of a name or mark does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. To request account closure, contact us through support tickets.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
